Job Classification: Patrol Officer
All candidates must take the FrontLine exam through National Testing Network (NTN) by 11:55PM on June 14, 2024.
Candidates must complete the department application, found here,
by June 14, 2024. You will need to use a desktop or laptop computer to apply. Do not use a cell phone or tablet.
The Department also requires the candidate complete the Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) and Public Safety Self-Assessment (PSSA). You can access both questionnaires through your candidate account. NTN suggests completing the PHQ and PSSA as soon as possible so there is not a delay in your process.

Candidates with a current NTN test score are welcome to submit their existing profile to the Parma Civil Service Commission via the NTN system.
